We Procure rice from framers and various rice mandis including All India and Country.
After procurement, the rice is aged in our warehouses as per the requirement.
The rice is cleaned by undergoing various processes like de-storing.
The rice is polished by spraying water through the rice chamber.
The impurities & discoloured and broken grains are sorted and separated
After going through the sorter, rice is graded in various compartments on the basic of its length.
The final step is to pack the rice in various quantities such as 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 30kg.
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with ultra-modern Machinery including Automated Dryers, Pre cleaners, Destoners, Precision-Sizers, Paddy Separators, De-Huskers, etc. The plant and its machinery are set up by Satake-Japan which is a world leader in grain processing systems
producing a comprehensive range of individual machines, integrated systems, and totally engineered solutions for the processing of rice.
Our rice mills are a stage of art and to attain the desired quality of rice we need to use pre-cleaners, de-huskers, polishers, sortex, silky, rice bins, and magnets to completely protect the food. And this process leads against contamination and other impurities during the food process of milling. The natural form of rice is inedible, hence there are several operations that need to be done for the final product.
